Customized items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective. If you find any issues with craftsmanship or quality, we will replace the item(s) free of charge. We stand behind our work 100%!

Important Note: Hats exposed to high volumes of dirt, sun, and sweat may discolor. This is not considered a defect in materials.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled and refunded if production has not yet begun. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
